About Us

On Pittsburgh Street in Scottdale, PA, the Elks Lodge has been doing the quiet, consistent work that holds a community together. Members show up for seniors, fund scholarships, support veterans, and then pull up a barstool in what more than one visitor has called a genuinely nice bar. That combination of purpose and warmth is not accidental. It is what the B.P.O.E. has always been about.

Ask anyone who has attended Steak Night and they will tell you the same story: a crisp salad bar, a baked potato the size of a small planet, and a T-bone so tender it barely needs a knife. The dining room fills up fast on those nights, sometimes requiring extra tables, which tells you everything about how Scottdale feels about this place. A PA Lottery machine in the club room does not hurt the atmosphere either.

The lodge earns its 4.5-star rating the old-fashioned way: a clean, well-kept facility, friendly faces that actually mean it, and a calendar packed with events that give members real reasons to return. If you have been curious about joining or just want to attend an event, the door on Pittsburgh Street is easier to walk through than you might think.

What We Offer

The Elks Lodge of Scottdale runs a full clubhouse experience anchored by its renowned Steak Night dinners, complete with a generous salad bar and sides that members look forward to all week. The bar is stocked, well-maintained, and staffed by people who know their regulars.

Beyond the dining room, the lodge hosts live bands, community fundraisers, and civic programs that benefit local seniors and veterans. The club room offers a comfortable gathering space with a PA Lottery machine for members who want a relaxed evening without going far. Private event rentals are available for members looking to celebrate milestones in a space that already feels like home.

Membership unlocks access to all of it, plus the broader network of Elks lodges nationwide, youth programs, and charitable initiatives that make belonging to this organization mean something beyond a membership card.

"Scottdale ELKS Steak night was absolutely delicious! Great salad bar, huge baked potato and a large T-Bone steak that was very tender and tasty. Club dining room was filled and they had to set up two more tables for the extra people that came to support the club."
